Shipping and Returns

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of your purchase, and there is no need to call for prior authorization on regular items. We do not accept returns on special orders. To make a return, please fill out the return form on the back of your invoice. For a printable version of our convenient, no-call, pre-authorized, return form, click here. This form may be printed, filled out, and sent with your return for faster processing. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice. All returned merchandise must be sent in its original container/bag, and in a completely unaltered state.

When returning items for exchange in the same category of products, you will receive the same quantity discount as your original order. All other items will be calculated as a new order. The quantity discount pricing will be based on the number of items placed on the new order. Please add $5.00 to cover the postage. Prayerbox.com is not responsible for postage on returned items. In the event that you return a large quantity of items for which you have received assortable or quantity discount pricing, we reserve the right to recalculate your order total based on the actual items you kept.

UPS Ground arrives between 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location, excluding holidays. Delivers Monday through Saturday depending on your location. UPS shipps to 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Please note: a $2.65 handling fee is applied to all shipping methods to ensure timely processing of each order.

Shipping Rates Based on Negotiated Carrier Rates
Our standard shipping rates are computed using the calculated weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole pound, and based on the heavily discounted rates negotiated by us for you, with FedEx and UPS. Also, there is a $2.65 handling fee for each order processed.

Note: Our large volume allows us to negotiate very favorable shipping rates with our carriers. These rates are lower than individual consumers pay at these carriers. To help you make the most of every dollar, we pass the savings directly on to you. Prayerbox.com doesn't use shipping as a profit center.

Prayerbox.com is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather and other causes beyond our control.

When Will My Order Ship?
Same-Day Shipping on FedEx® Orders
(Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express services only)

All FedEx Overnight, 2-Day and 3-Day express shipments will be shipped SAME BUSINESS DAY if received before 1 pm Pacific Standard Time. Most other orders will leave Prayerbox.com® the following business day by your requested ship method.

Shipping Methods
Prayerbox.com offers the following shipping options for delivery within the United States:

United States Postal Service (USPS)
Priority Mail Service, typically arrives in 3 to 6 business days, excluding holidays. In rare instances this service can take up to 14 days to deliver.

Express Mail Service, arrives in 2 days in metro areas and 3 days to outlying areas, includes weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary for orders placed during the weekend with this service.

Express Mail will always require a signature upon delivery. Priority Mail will only require a signature under some circumstances.

Federal Express
Charges vary by parcel weight and delivery zone. Because of our high volume, they have allowed us to offer extremely good rates to our customers.

Overnight Priority Service, arrives within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays.
2-Day Service, arrives in 3-4 business days, excluding holidays.
3-Day Express Saver, arrives in 4-5 business days, excluding holidays. Not available to Alaska or Hawaii addresses.
