Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
A: Reserved Items. If an item is not in stock when you order, we offer you the option of requesting us to reserve those items for you. All reserved items are shipped by first class mail. We will charge your credit card only when we ship the item. Should you wish to cancel reserved items or return merchandise, we will issue a refund via whichever pay method you originally used.

We are unable to add additional items to the order containing your reserved items. Reserved items are not available for International orders at this time.

Q: What about custom paint /designs?
A: Yes! If the order is for more than 6 boxes, we can custom paint/ design to you specific needs, such as for Weddings, Brides Maids gifts, Favors, Birthday Parties etc…

Q: I do not feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax?
A: Our web site uses the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please e-mail your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired, and prices. In your e-mail, please let us know how you would like us to obtain your payment information.

We recommend that you do not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet.

Please do not cut and paste your cart, as our spam filter will prevent receipt of your email.

Q: Prayerbox.com wholesale or retail?
A: We offer wholesale prices at quantity levels. The more you buy, the better the prices. We believe that: Value = good quality + a good price. While no company can be the lowest on everything it offers, we are lower than the vast majority of companies that we have compared. This includes companies that sell "wholesale" and companies that have "retail/wholesale/distributor" pricing. We invite you to compare our prices and our quality. We feel that you will find us on the top of your list for companies with which you want to do business.

Q: If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?
A: The contents of your cart are remembered for thirty days. When you return to Prayerbox.com, all of your items will still be in your cart.
